1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Get Buy Box Alerts platform (the “Service”), which is owned and operated by Noodle Digital Advertising, a company registered in the Philippines. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.


2. Description of the Service
Get Buy Box Alerts is a monitoring and alerting tool for Amazon sellers. It uses authorized access via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) to track Buy Box ownership for ASINs that you explicitly authorize. The Service sends alerts via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Telegram, Slack and MS Teams after sustained Buy Box loss (e.g., 4 consecutive losses). We do not guarantee real-time performance or sales improvements.

3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and maintain its confidentiality
  • Authorize Get Buy Box Alerts through the SP-API to access only your seller data
  • Use the Service in compliance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and SP-API Terms
  • Not use the Service for scraping, data resale, or aggregation of information across sellers

4. Data Use and Compliance
We access only the ASINs you explicitly authorize via the SP-API. We do not:

  • Access PII, order data, or Amazon customer data
  • Aggregate data across multiple seller accounts
  • Scrape Amazon websites
  • Resell any Amazon Information

In compliance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy section 4.4, we do not aggregate or combine data from multiple Selling Partners. In compliance with section 4.5, we do not calculate or publish metrics, insights, or reports about Amazon’s business.

We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the EU/EEA.

5. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for:

  • Managing SP-API token access
  • Keeping your credentials secure
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, technical upgrades, or suspected abuse.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Get Buy Box Alerts platform, logo, design, and underlying technology belong to Noodle Digital Advertising. You may not duplicate, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform or its components.

7. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alert delivery may be delayed by service dependencies, connectivity, or Amazon API latency.

8. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • That alerts will be delivered instantly or in all cases
  • Any specific business outcome, sales improvement, or Buy Box win rate

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Billing and Automatic Renewal
By subscribing to a paid plan of Get Buy Box Alerts, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) for ongoing access to the Service. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your plan before the renewal date.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at 📧 hello@getbuyboxalerts.com. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the SP-API
  • Use the Service in a way that could harm Amazon customers or our systems

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on our website or communicated to users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are located in the EU, your rights under the GDPR remain protected and unaffected.

Privacy Policy

Get Buy Box Alerts (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a service owned and operated by Noodle Digital Advertising, a company registered in the Philippines. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our website or services.

3. Information We Collect

  • Amazon Seller Data: We access Buy Box and offer-level data for ASINs you authorize via the Selling Partner API (SP-API).
  • Contact & Account Info: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials.
  • Alert Preferences: Your selected delivery channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Slack, MS Teams).
  • Usage Logs: For service improvement and abuse prevention.

We do not collect or process customer PII, payment info, or order-level data.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data under the following lawful bases:

  • Performance of a contract – to deliver the service you subscribed to
  • Consent – when you opt into communications or notifications
  • Legitimate interest – for improving functionality, troubleshooting, and account protection

5. How We Use Your Data

  • To monitor Buy Box status on ASINs you authorize
  • To send alerts via your preferred channels
  • To manage your account and support requests
  • To comply with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and SP-API Terms.

We do not scrape Amazon websites, aggregate seller data, or resell Amazon Information.

6. Data Security

  • All data is accessed securely through Amazon’s SP-API
  • Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely
  • Access is restricted to authenticated backend systems only

7. International Data Transfers
If you are located in the EU, your data may be processed outside the EEA (e.g., in the Philippines). Where applicable, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or ensure other legal safeguards are in place.

8. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You may revoke SP-API authorization at any time in Seller Central. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at 📧 hello@getbuyboxalerts.com. Once deleted, associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing
  • Port your data to another provider
  • File a complaint with your local data protection authority

Compliance Statement

Get Buy Box Alerts complies with Amazon’s Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy (including sections 4.4 and 4.5) and the Data Protection Policy. Amazon data is used solely to provide services to the authorized Selling Partner who granted access. We do not use Selling Partner data for advertising, market research, or benchmarking purposes.
